Please join us for a four-part workshop series to help you cultivate your skills as a supervisor. In these interactive workshops, you will have an opportunity to learn about supervisory frameworks and tools, share ideas and learn from your colleagues and consider practical ways that you can put what you learn into action right away!
This session on will focus on “Managing Change”. In this workshop, we will 1) Talk about how important it is to effectively lead and navigate change, 2) learn about a change management model, 3) practice using the model as you consider how to navigate a change you are leading
