This training equips early childhood educators with essential knowledge and strategies to protect children from sexual abuse, support early detection, and foster safe environments. Participants will learn about developmentally appropriate behavior, the importance of teaching proper anatomy terms, navigating child-to-child interactions, and integrating consent into SEL curricula. Educators will also explore how to identify and respond to suspected abuse, communicate concerns with families, and connect them to resources. Hands-on scenario-based exercises will prepare participants for real-world situations in early education settings.
