Who We Are
VTAEYC is the state’s largest membership organization for early childhood educators and the state affiliate of NAEYC, the National Association for the Education of Young Children. As a nonprofit organization formed by a grassroots effort over 50 years ago and now with 500+ members, VTAEYC offers professional development, workforce development programs, and quality supports. With a growing staff, a dedicated board, and a collaborative approach, VTAEYC aims to meet the needs of today’s ECE workforce and programs and create a stronger, more equitable early childhood education system for the future.

Analytics and Impact Data Coordinator
VTAEYC is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Analytics and Impact Data Coordinator.
The Data Coordinator on the Analytics & Impact team plays a key role in supporting the organization’s data and grant operations. This position coordinates data collection and management, processes grant applications, supports improvements to internal systems (including the grant portal), and prepares data-informed reports for the Grants team. It’s an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and committed to improving systems and workflows to enhance organizational impact.
Operations Specialist
VTAEYC is seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) Operations Specialist.
The Operations Specialist ensures the smooth execution of tasks related to operations, human resources, conference, event and meeting logistics, inventory control, finance, and contract management while maintaining an organized and efficient operational environment. Partnering with the Director, the Operations Specialist will provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, sensitive information, and supporting a variety of operational needs.
